Ingredients

Bananas

Flour
300 grams
Powdered sugar
300 grams
baking powder
3/4 packets
Eggs

  1. Sift your flour.
  2. Weigh the butter and leave it out of the refrigerator until it slightly softens.
  3. Butter your cake pan and preheat your oven to 180°C.
  4. Peel the bananas and mash them with a fork.
  5. Beat the eggs into an omelette.
  6. Put the butter in a bowl and add the sugar and the eggs in omelette.
  7. Then add the mashed bananas.
  8. Pour everything into the pan, and bake for 45 minutes.
  9. To check if cake is cooked enough, prick it with a knife before removing it from the oven: if the blade comes out dry, the cake is done.
  10. Let it rest for 5 minutes in the turned-off oven before unmolding it. Enjoy it cold.
