Ingredients
- Black radish
- 1
- Salt
- 1 pinch
- pepper
- 1 pinch
- fresh chopped parsley
- 1 tablespoon
- The zest of orange, clementine, lemon
- 1 tablespoon
- Olive oil
- 3 tablespoons
- Clementine juice
- 2 tablespoons
- orange juice
- 2 tablespoons
- honey
- 1 tablespoon
- lemon (juice)
- 2 teaspoons
- basalmic vinegar
- 1 tablespoon
- In a bowl, mix well all the ingredients to make the marinade.
- Wash the black radish thoroughly and cut thin slices with a mandolin.
- Put the radish slices in a bowl and let them marinate in the fridge for 1-2 hours.
- Arrange your plate, pour a little of the marinade, season with pepper and salt.
