Ingredients

Black radish

Salt
1 pinch
pepper
1 pinch
fresh chopped parsley
1 tablespoon
The zest of orange, clementine, lemon
1 tablespoon
Olive oil
3 tablespoons
Clementine juice
2 tablespoons
orange juice
2 tablespoons
honey
1 tablespoon
lemon (juice)
2 teaspoons
basalmic vinegar
1 tablespoon
  1. In a bowl, mix well all the ingredients to make the marinade.
  2. Wash the black radish thoroughly and cut thin slices with a mandolin.
  3. Put the radish slices in a bowl and let them marinate in the fridge for 1-2 hours.
  4. Arrange your plate, pour a little of the marinade, season with pepper and salt.
