Ingredients
- Flour
- 150 grams
- Powdered almonds
- 100 grams
- Brown sugar
- 80 grams
- cinnamon powder
- 1 tablespoon
- Fine salt
- 1 pinch
- baking powder
- 1/2 packet
- oil
- 2 tablespoons
- milk
- 5 tablespoons
- egg yolk
- 1
- Flour
- icing sugar
- In a bowl or in a food processor, quickly mix the flour, almond powder, sugar, cinnamon, salt and yeast.
- Incorporate little by little the oil, the milk and the egg yolk and work until obtaining a homogeneous paste which one makes rest 1/2h with the refrigerator.
- Preheat oven to 180°C.
- Flour a work surface then roll out the dough to a thickness of 2 or 3 mm and cut out the shapes with a cookie cutter.
- Place the cookies on a baking sheet covered with parchment paper or a silicone baking mat and bake for 9 minutes.
- Remove the cookies from the oven to cool and then sprinkle with powdered sugar.
- Store them in a metal box.
