This delicious creamy soup can be made with all pumpkin types or squash…  It can be served alone or with bacon or even with crushed hazelnuts, in a large soup bowl or bowls or even in small casseroles.

Ingredients

Metric US
pumpkin
1.5 Kilograms
potatoes
850 grams
garlic cloves
3
single cream
25 centiliters
Salt, pepper and nutmeg
  1. Bring to boil the pumpkin, garlic and large pieces of potatoes in a hot salted water pot for 20 minutes.
  2. Drain and mix while incorporating the cream until you obtain a velvety texture.
  3. Correct the seasoning with salt, pepper and nutmeg.
