Ingredients
- pumpkin
- 1.5 Kilograms
- potatoes
- 850 grams
- garlic cloves
- 3
- single cream
- 25 centiliters
- Salt, pepper and nutmeg
- Bring to boil the pumpkin, garlic and large pieces of potatoes in a hot salted water pot for 20 minutes.
- Drain and mix while incorporating the cream until you obtain a velvety texture.
- Correct the seasoning with salt, pepper and nutmeg.
