Ingredients
- short pastry

- smoked bacon bits
- 200 grams
- Grated cheese
- 200 grams
- Eggs
- 4
- Single cream
- 50 centiliters
- nutmeg
- 2 Pinches
- Salt
- 1 pinch
- In a frying pan, fry bacon for a few minutes (without adding fat). Keep for later use.
- In a mixing bowl, beat eggs, add cream and season with salt, pepper and nutmeg. Mix well.
- Line your pie pan with a short-crust pastry or puff pastry.
- Place bacon, grated cheese and pour egg and cream mixture over it.
- Oven bake at 180° C (355° F) for 30 to 40 minutes.
