smoked bacon bits
200 grams
Grated cheese
200 grams
Eggs

Single cream
50 centiliters
nutmeg
2 Pinches
Salt

  1. In a frying pan, fry bacon for a few minutes (without adding fat). Keep for later use.
  2. In a mixing bowl, beat eggs, add cream and season with salt, pepper and nutmeg. Mix well.
  3. Line your pie pan with a short-crust pastry or puff pastry.
  4. Place bacon, grated cheese and pour egg and cream mixture over it.
  5. Oven bake at 180° C (355° F) for 30 to 40 minutes.
