Ingredients
- king prawns
- 12
- Eggs
- 2
- Flour
- 3 tablespoons
- breadcrumbs
- 1 glass
- cooking oil
- Mayonnaise
- 3 tablespoons
- plain yoghurt
- 2 tablespoons
- garlic clove
- 1
- Salt
- 2 Pinches
- pepper
- 1 pinch
- lemon
- 0.5
- Paprika
- 1 pinch
- Prepare the shrimp: wash and shell them.
- Prepare 3 bowls: flour, beaten egg and breadcrumbs.
- Dip the shrimp in the flour, then in the egg and finally in the breadcrumbs.
- Heat the oil in the fryer or pan.
- Fry the shrimp for 2 minutes.
- Prepare the sauce: mix the mayonnaise, natural yogurt, lemon juice drizzle. Add a finely chopped garlic clove, paprika, salt and pepper.
