Ingredients

Crème d'amandes
Amandes émondées
200 grams
Powdered sugar
150 grams
Egg

Butter
100 grams
Rum
2 teaspoons
Dorure
egg yolk

2 tablespoons
  1. Mix in a bowl the almond powder, sugar, eggs, softened butter and finally rum.
  2. Preheat the oven to 210°C.
  3. Pour the almond cream on top of the dough, leaving a 2cm edge, and place the bean(s) on top.
  4. Brush a little water over this edge, then put the second roll of dough on and apply both edges well, pressing with a fork to weld them well.
  5. Draw streaks, rhombuses or rosettes on top of the cake and brush the whole thing golden with the egg yolk and water mixture
  6. Make a few small holes to let the air escape during cooking and then put the cake in the oven for a cooking time of about 25 minutes.
  7. This pie can be enjoyed hot or cold.
