Pour 1.5 Litre de glace
Eggs

icing sugar
135 grams
double cream
15 centiliters
single cream
15 centiliters
Vanilla Essence
  1. Fouetter les blancs en neige.
  2. Incorporer le sucre glace petit à petit. jusqu'à obtenir un mélange ferme.
  3. Dans un récipient différent battre les jaunes.
  4. Fouettez les crèmes dans un même récipient. Ajouter les blancs et jaunes d'œufs et parfumer avec l'essence de vanille.
  5. Fouettez les crèmes dans un même récipient. Ajouter les blancs et jaunes d'œufs.
  6. Mettre dans une boîte de congélation, couvrir et laisser prendre au congélateur.
