Pancakes or mini pancakes can be spread and garnished over and over again. The only limit is your imagination…. They will be suitable for all athletes since they are high in protein but also for gluten intolerants (check the composition of the baking powder). For more fun, enjoy them with family or friends!

Ingredients

Rice flour
100 grams
Corn flour
60 grams
fécule de pomme de terre
40 grams
Sugar
30 grams
milk
3 Decilitres
water
2 Decilitres
Salt
3 Pinches
baking powder
3 grams

  1. Mix the flours, starch and add salt, yeast and sugar.
  2. Then add the eggs and mix well with a spatula or blender.
  3. Next, pour in milk and water to obtain a homogeneous mixture.
  4. Finally, pour the dough into a lightly oiled pancake or blini pan and cook for at least 2 minutes on one side before turning it over.
  5. Serve with honey, jam, dark chocolate sauce or other salty toppings at your convenience.
