Ingredients

Metric US
pois chiche en boîte
250 grams
lemon (juice)
2 tablespoons
extra virgin olive oil
1 tablespoon
sesame paste
1 tablespoon
Paprika
1 pinch
Cumin
1 pinch
Salt
2 Pinches
  1. Tout d'abord, faire égoutter les pois chiche. Les pois chiche en conserve vous feront gagner beaucoup de temps.
  2. Les disposer dans un mixeur, ajouter tous les ingrédients : la pâte de sésame (on vous conseille une à 2 cuillère à soupe), le jus de citron, l'huile d'olive vierge extra, deux pincées de sel.
  3. Mixer jusqu'à obtention d'une pâte bien homogène. Réserver votre houmous dans un bol, le recouvrir avec du film alimentaire. Réserver le bol au frigo avant le service.
  4. Avant de servir, ajouter un filet d'huile et saupoudrer paprika et le cumin sur la pâte. Servir en apéritif. Il est d'usage de déguster cette recette avec du pain ou des légumes à tremper.
