  1. Porter à ébullition de l'eau dans une casserole.
  2. Dès que l'eau bout, y plonger délicatement votre œuf.
  3. Compter environ 10 minutes pour la cuisson à l'aide d'un minuteur de cuisine (ou autre). Pour une cuisson parfaite, ajuster le temps de cuisson suivant le calibre de l'œuf.
  4. Après le temps de cuisson nécessaire, sortir votre œuf de la casserole à l'aide d'une écumoire.
  5. Le rafraichir immédiatement sur un filet d'eau.
  6. Écaler l’œuf (toujours sous un filet d'eau de préférence). C'est prêt ! Déguster ou conserver au frigidaire (pas plus de deux jours pour un œuf dur écalé, avec sa coquille il pourra se conserver au frigo pendant 4 jours environ).
