Ingredients

aromatic herbs (chives, thyme, coriander, aneth)
2 Pinches
pepper, salt
1 pinch
Unsalted butter
20 grams
  1. Commencez par battre les œufs à l’aide d’un fouet à la main.
  2. Rajoutez-y du sel ainsi que du lait. Fouettez une nouvelle fois. Vous pouvez rajouter quelques herbes aromatiques et du poivre !
  3. Faites chauffer la poêle avant d’y incorporer le mélange. Avant tout, faites fondre une noisette de beurre ou d’huile d’olive. Ensuite, versez-y la préparation.
  4. Une fois que le mélange est sur la poêle, laissez cuire pendant 2 à 3 minutes. Retournez l’omelette bien saisie pour laisser cuire de l’autre côté.
  5. Une fois dorée des deux côtés, repliez l'omelette sur elle même servez chaud au petit déjeuner accompagné de pains grillés et d’un bon verre de jus de fruits ! C’est l’idéal pour bien se booster avant de commencer la journée !
