- 20 centiliters
- white little onions
- 24
- honey
- 4 tablespoons

- Prepare your pork pieces. In a pot brown the flesh on all sides in some melted butter. Season with pepper and salt.
- Next add the white wine when cooking. Cover the pot and cook on low heat for 30 minutes.
- You can then add the onions and leave to simmer once more for about 20 minutes.
- Once the 20 minutes over, remove onions and pork using a skimmer. Cover the aluminum container and keep warm.
- Add honey in a pot and stir. When the honey sauce begins to reduce, add a little white wine at the end of cooking.
- You can then start slicing the roast (it's up to you to decide how you're going to cut it, in thin large slices.)
- Put onion around your roast pork and cover it with sauce.
- Serve hot! You can accompany your roast pork with with spaghetti, risotto, vegetable skewers or a good gratin!
- You can also pair the dish with a good Burgundy wine such as Red Santenay or a wine such as Reg Bourgueil! Enjoy
