Pâtes au blé complet
200 grams
natural tuna
300 grams
Huile d'olive extra vierge
2 tablespoons
cherry tomato

Olives en bocal

  1. Cuire les pâtes comme indiqué sur le sachet. Laisser refroidir et réserver.
  2. Émietter le thon avec une fourchette.
  3. Découper les tomates cerises en deux et trancher le concombre.
  4. Mélanger le thon avec les tomates, les tranches de concombres, l’huile d’olives et les olives.
