Ingredients

- The dish is not expensive at all and is very tasty!
- Fry onions, garlic and ginger until lightly browned
- Add tomatoes, mixed herbs, salt and pepper and leave to simmer for 10 minutes over low heat, adding a little water if necessary
- Add the sausages and cook for about 20 minutes over medium heat, turning occasionally.
- Turn off the heat, your rougaille is finally ready, remove the thyme sauce and sprinkle with fresh chopped parsley
