Le thon est un poisson à la fois simple et délicieux à préparer mais également bon pour la santé à cause de ses protéines maigres et excellent pour le coeur à cause de ses oméga 3. Cette recette conviendra parfaitement à un programme de musculation de sèche. Selon ses goûts, on pourra accompagner le thon d’une purée de légumes (haricots verts, potiron…), d’une purée de pommes de terre, de riz ou bien de pâtes.

Ingredients

6 oz tuna fillets

Mustard
125 grams
soy sauce
2 tablespoons
lime juice
2 tablespoons
  1. Mêler moutarde, sauce soja et jus de citron dans un récipient puis en badigeonner au pinceau les filets de thon et réserver le restant de sauce.
  2. Faire cuire ensuite à four 190° durant une quinzaine de mn en surveillant bien la cuisson.
  3. Servir le poisson en le nappant de sauce moutarde.
