Ingredients

Sliced pineapple in juice
1 can
tomato
2
garlic clove
2
Ginger
10 grams
Flour
3 tablespoons
Sugar
1 pinch
Salt
pepper
Sweet paprika
  1. Cut the turkey cutlets into small pieces. Season with salt, pepper and a pinch of paprika. Sprinkle well with flour.
  2. In a frying pan heated with oil, sauté the meat until the pieces turn golden.
  3. Cut the tomatoes into cubes.
  4. Cut the pineapple slices into quarters (keep the pineapple juice in a glass).
  5. Finely chop the garlic and ginger.
  6. In a turkey pan, add the tomatoes, pineapple, garlic, ginger and sugar. Mix well and cook for 2 minutes. Then add the pineapple juice, put the lid on and let it simmer on medium / soft heat for 15 minutes.
  7. While cooking pineapple turkey, prepare the rice according to the instructions on the package.
