- Cut the turkey cutlets into small pieces. Season with salt, pepper and a pinch of paprika. Sprinkle well with flour.
- In a frying pan heated with oil, sauté the meat until the pieces turn golden.
- Cut the tomatoes into cubes.
- Cut the pineapple slices into quarters (keep the pineapple juice in a glass).
- Finely chop the garlic and ginger.
- In a turkey pan, add the tomatoes, pineapple, garlic, ginger and sugar. Mix well and cook for 2 minutes. Then add the pineapple juice, put the lid on and let it simmer on medium / soft heat for 15 minutes.
- While cooking pineapple turkey, prepare the rice according to the instructions on the package.
