  1. Preheat the oven to 180 ° C (350° F). Prepare your garnish: Cut 6 small cubes of cheese (about 2cm on each side) for the melting heart, 6 slices of tomatoes, and slice your ​​black olives.
  2. Prepare the focaccia in a salad bowl: add all the ingredients, season and mix with a whisk, until you obtain a homogeneous mixture, season. Keep for later use.
  3. Arrange your dough into a silicone muffin mold by creating small dough disks which you will press up against the sides of your mold.
  4. Place your cheese dice at the center of each muffin, cover with a slice of tomato, some slices of black olives, sprinkle with cheddar, and a drizzle of olive oil.
