Ingredients
- Tomatoes
- 2
- cucumber
- 1/2
- green pepper
- 1
- Red pepper
- 1
- onion
- 1
- Feta
- 150 grams
- Black olives
- 50 grams
- lemon
- 1
- Olive oil
- oregano
- salt and pepper
- Peel and cut the cucumber into cubes.
- Wash and cut the tomatoes in cubes
- Wash, seed and finely chop peppers.
- Peel and thinly slice the onion.
- In a salad bowl mix the tomatoes, cucumber, peppers, olives, half of the onion and half of the diced feta.
- On top of the salad arrange the remaining onion and feta.
- Add lemon zest and juice, oil, oregano, salt, pepper and stir delicately when serving.
