Ingredients

Tomatoes

cucumber
1/2
green pepper

Red pepper

onion

Feta
150 grams
Black olives
50 grams
lemon
1
Olive oil
oregano
salt and pepper
  1. Peel and cut the cucumber into cubes.
  2. Wash and cut the tomatoes in cubes
  3. Wash, seed and finely chop peppers.
  4. Peel and thinly slice the onion.
  5. In a salad bowl mix the tomatoes, cucumber, peppers, olives, half of the onion and half of the diced feta.
  6. On top of the salad arrange the remaining onion and feta.
  7. Add lemon zest and juice, oil, oregano, salt, pepper and stir delicately when serving.
