Ingredients

- 750 milliliters
- Salt

- nutmeg

- 100 milliliters
- milk
- 100 milliliters

- Unsalted butter
- 50 grams
- Bring the milk to boil in a saucepan with a pinch of salt, pepper and nutmeg.
- Cut the garlic into small pieces.
- Peel your potatoes and rinse with water.
Dip your potatoes and garlic in the boiling milk and cook for 20mins. - Using a skimmer remove the potatoes and put in a baking dish.
Split the potatoes on top for a well cooked heart. - Keep 100cl of milk and filter the rest of the milk to recover the garlic pieces.
