White chocolate
200 grams
fresh double cream
100 grams
Egg whites

  1. Lightly heat the cream in the microwave and then add the white chocolate squares till they melt to obtain a smooth mixture.
  2. Next add the beaten egg whites (beaten till stiff) and refrigerate for a few hours, if possible 24 hours.
