Ingredients
- zucchini
- 7
- garlic clove
- 1
- onion
- 1
- tomato concentrate
- 70 grams
- Basil
- 6 sheets
- peas
- 10 tablespoons
- Egg
- 7
- salt and pepper
- Provencal herbs
- Sauté the chopped garlic and onion and add the zucchini cubes, tomato paste, basil, mixed herbd, salt and pepper.
- Cook for 10 minutes till the liquid evaporates
- Leave to cool and incorporate beaten eggs and peas previously boiled in water.
- Pour into a buttered mold and bake for 30 minutes at 180° C ( 350° F).
- Unmold the loaf and serve immediately or after cooling.
