- Butter 6 ramekins.
- In each of them, pour 1 teaspoon of cream, 1 egg, some finely chopped chives, salt, pepper, 1 teaspoon of cream and sprinkle with a little more chives.
- Bake in a double boiler at 210° C (410° F) for 10 minutes.
