Ingredients
- Flour
- 150 grams
- Butter
- 75 grams
- Powdered sugar
- 75 grams
- Salt
- 1 pinch
- Egg
- 1
- egg yolk
- 1
- water
- 2 teaspoons
- vanilla sugar
- 1 packet
- Whisk together flour, sugar, salt, vanilla sugar and softened butter until a sandy mixture is obtained.
- Add an egg and mix till you obtain obtain a firm dough. Shape into a ball, cover and leave to chill in the fridge for 30 minutes.
- Roll out the dough to a 1/2 cm (0.25 inch) thickness and cut out into shapes.
- Put them on a baking tray covered with parchment paper and coat them with the egg yolk and water mixture.
- Oven bake at 180°C (350°F) for 20 minutes.
