Ingredients

Metric US
Butternut squash
3
smoked bacon
400 grams
Gruyère cheese or Comté cheese or raclette cheese
24 slices
  1. Cut the squash in 2 parts lengthwise and cook for 10 minutes in the microwave.
  2. Leave to cool then delicately scrape the 2 parts of the squash.
  3. Grill your bacon for five minutes, then mix it with the squash flesh obtained after scrapping. Add a little salt and pepper.
  4. Stuff the 2 emptied parts of the squash with the above mixture.
  5. Cut 8 thin slices of Gruyère or Comté and place them on the squash and pepper again.
  6. Bake for 20 minutes at 210°C (410 °F).
