Ingredients

rabbit leg

Mustard
2 tablespoons
double cream
2 tablespoons
white wine
1 deciliter
Full whipping cream
1 deciliter
  1. In a small bowl, mix the heavy cream with the mustard.
  2. Preheat the oven to 200°C.
  3. Place the rabbit pieces in an oven dish and brush them with the cream and mustard mixture. Set aside the rest of this mixture.
  4. Bake for 50 minutes, basting the rabbit from time to time with the wine.
  5. Prepare the sauce by mixing the remaining mustard and heavy cream mixture with the whipping cream and heat it slightly in the microwave.
  6. Serve with sauce and the side dish.
