- Full whipping cream

- In a small bowl, mix the heavy cream with the mustard.
- Preheat the oven to 200°C.
- Place the rabbit pieces in an oven dish and brush them with the cream and mustard mixture. Set aside the rest of this mixture.
- Bake for 50 minutes, basting the rabbit from time to time with the wine.
- Prepare the sauce by mixing the remaining mustard and heavy cream mixture with the whipping cream and heat it slightly in the microwave.
- Serve with sauce and the side dish.
