Ingredients
- Butternut squash
- 3
- smoked bacon
- 400 grams
- Gruyère cheese or Comté cheese or raclette cheese
- 24 slices
- Cut the squash in 2 parts lengthwise and cook for 10 minutes in the microwave.
- Leave to cool then delicately scrape the 2 parts of the squash.
- Grill your bacon for five minutes, then mix it with the squash flesh obtained after scrapping. Add a little salt and pepper.
- Stuff the 2 emptied parts of the squash with the above mixture.
- Cut 8 thin slices of Gruyère or Comté and place them on the squash and pepper again.
- Bake for 20 minutes at 210°C (410 °F).
