Ingredients

Metric US
oatmeal
200 grams
Egg whites
6
Protéine whey chocolat
2 doses
Chocolate
80 grams
baking powder
1/4 teaspoon
water
  1. Préchauffez votre four à 200 degrés Celsius.
  2. Mélangez tous vos ingrédients dans un grand saladier (sauf le chocolat) afin d'obtenir une pâte homogène.
  3. Cassez le chocolat grossièrement (aidez-vous d'un couteau si besoin) afin d'obtenir des pépites et mélangez le avec la préparation. Pour les flocons d'avoine, si ils sont déjà en poudre alors il vous suffit de les mélanger directement. Sinon il faudra l'écraser au mixeur pour avoir une poudre fine.
  4. Déposez du papier sulfurisé sur votre plaque de cuisson. Formez des petits ronds avec la pâte et déposez les sur la plaque. Attention, ils doivent être bien espacés entre eux de sorte qu'ils ne se collent pas lors de la cuisson.
  5. Laissez cuire entre 15-20 minutes.
  6. Une fois cuits, laissez les cookies refroidir avant de les déguster.
