medium tomatoes

3 sheets
salt and pepper
Olive oil
  1. Laver les courgettes et les tomates.
  2. Découper les courgettes en tranches un peu épaisses et les tomates en quartiers.
  3. Faire revenir les courgettes dans un peu d'huile d'olive puis ajouter les tomates, le sel et le poivre et faire cuire une quinzaine de mn.
  4. Servir après avoir parsemé les légumes de feuilles de basilic ciselées.
