Ingredients

Metric US
vanilla sugar
4 packets
Flour
170 grams
Powdered almonds
60 grams
Butter
125 grams
Vanille liquide ou en poudre
2 tablespoons
Sucre glace pour le décor
  1. Dans un saladier mélanger soigneusement tous les ingrédients en terminant par le beurre et rouler en une boule de pâte bien homogène.
  2. Préchauffer le four à 170°.
  3. Diviser la pâte en 4 morceaux que l'on roule en boudins puis découper en tronçons de 2cm d'épaisseur.
  4. Mettre à cuire au four durant 10 à 12mn puis faire refroidir avant de passer les croissants dans le sucre glace.
  5. Ces biscuits se conservent plus d'une semaine dans une boîte métallique.
