Ingredients

Ingrédients pour 4 personnes
Flour
200 grams
Sugar
50 grams
baking powder
1 packet
soy milk
300 grams
vanilla pod

vegetable margarine
40 grams
  1. Mélangez dans un grand bol la farine, le sucre et de la levure. Rajoutez ensuite du lait de soja graduellement tout en fouettant afin d’obtenir une pâte homogène. Dans une casserole, faites fondre le beurre et incorporez le beurre fondu dans le grand bol.
  2. Tranchez la gousse de vanille en long et égrainez la gousse pour ensuite rajouter les graines à la préparation.
  3. Préchauffez votre appareil à gaufre et versez-y une demi-louche de pâte. Laissez cuire jusqu’à ce que votre gaufre soit bien dorée.
  4. Répétez l’opération jusqu’à épuisement de la pâte à gaufre.
  5. A déguster en fin de repas en guise de dessert ou au goûter avec les enfants !
