Ingredients
- ground beef
- 800 grams
- Eggs
- 3
- sandwich loaf slices
- 2
- Bouquet garni ( thyme, bay leaves and rosemary)
- 1
- garlic clove
- 1
- milk
- 120 milliliters
- Salt
- pepper
- oil
- Pour the milk into a bowl. Crumble the bread and soak in the milk.
- Crush the garlic and finely chop the bouquet garni.
- In a bowl mix the eggs, the meat, the chopped bouquet garni, the crushed garlic, the salt and the pepper. Drain the bread with your fingers, add to mixture and knead.
- Form your meatballs using the palm of your hand.
- Heat the oil in a skillet over medium heat.
- Cook the meatballs in the oil, turning them regularly until golden on each side.
