Cette recette de boulettes est parfaite dans une sauce tomate pour vos plats de pâtes. Du poulet ou du porc peut être utilisé comme alternative au bœuf haché.

Ingredients

Metric US
ground beef
800 grams
Eggs
3
sandwich loaf slices
2
Bouquet garni ( thyme, bay leaves and rosemary)
1
garlic clove
1
milk
120 milliliters
Salt
pepper
oil
  1. Verser le lait dans un bol. Émietter le pain et mettre à tremper dans le lait.
  2. Écraser l'ail et ciseler finement le bouquet garni.
  3. Dans un saladier mélanger les oeufs, la viande, le bouquet garni ciselé, l'ail écrasé, le sel et le poivre. Égoutter le pain avec les doigts, ajouter et malaxer.
  4. Former des boulettes avec la paume de la main.
  5. Faire chauffer l'huile dans une poêle sur feu moyen.
  6. Faire cuire les boulettes dans l'huile en les retournant régulièrement jusqu'à ce qu'elles soient dorées de chaque côté.
