rabbit saddles

fresh bacon bits
200 grams
Flour
3 tablespoons
Green olives
250 grams
Black olives
250 grams
garlic cloves
4
white wine
50 centiliters
water
20 centiliters
Olive oil
salt and pepper
Thyme and laurel
  1. Brown the rabbit's thighs and rabbits with olive oil in pot.
  2. Add the bacon and leave to brown.
  3. Flour and leave to cook for 1 to 2 minutes.
  4. Add the wine, pitted olives, whole garlic, thyme, bay leaf, salt and pepper.
  5. Mix well and cook for 1 hour.
  6. Serve with gnocchi or fresh pasta.
