  1. Faites tiédir le lait dans un récipient au four à micro-ondes. Rajoutez-y le sucre et mélangez bien pour que le sucre soit bien dissout.
  2. Battez les œufs en omelette. Ajoutez les œufs battus au lait sucré.
  3. Faites chauffer votre poêle et ajoutez-y du beurre ou de l’huile de votre choix.
  4. Vous devez ensuite couper le pain finement en plusieurs tranches de 1 cm.
  5. Plongez les tranches dans le mélange avec le lait et les œufs pendant10 secondes pour chaque tranche. Mettez-les dans la poêle préalablement chauffée et faites cuire environ 2 minutes de chaque côté.
  6. Lorsque vous verrez que le pain commence à être bien coloré, retirez les tranches de pain et placez-les dans une grande assiette.
  7. Pour ceux qui apprécieront une petite saveur de plus, vous pouvez y ajouter du chocolat sur les tranches en le faisant fondre au four à micro-ondes au préalable. Voilà, vos pains perdus sont maintenant prêts à déguster ! Il est conseillé de les manger bien chaud tant qu’ils sont croustillants ! Allez, tous à table !
