Ingredients

Metric US
short pastry
1 sheet
Chicken breasts
3
Broccolis
300 grams
Button mushroom
200 grams
Eggs

fresh cream
10 centiliters
Skimmed milk
5 centiliters
twig of thyme

pepper, salt
  1. Preheat oven to 220°C.
  2. Cook the broccoli in boiling salted water for 10 minutes then drain.
  3. Cut up the chicken breasts and also cut up the mushrooms.
  4. Brown the chicken in a pan for 5 minutes and add the mushrooms. Cook until the water disappears.
  5. Place the shortcrust pastry in a baking/pie dish and arrange the chicken, mushroom and broccoli on top.
  6. Add pepper and thyme.
  7. Using a bowl, mix the eggs, cream and milk.
  8. Add salt and pepper to the mixture.
  9. Pour the preparation on the shortcrust pastry and bake for 30 minutes
  10. Your quiche is now ready !
