Ingredients
- short pastry

- Chicken breasts

- 300 grams
- Button mushroom
- 200 grams
- Eggs
- 3
- fresh cream
- 10 centiliters
- Skimmed milk
- 5 centiliters

- Preheat oven to 220°C.
- Cook the broccoli in boiling salted water for 10 minutes then drain.
- Cut up the chicken breasts and also cut up the mushrooms.
- Brown the chicken in a pan for 5 minutes and add the mushrooms. Cook until the water disappears.
- Place the shortcrust pastry in a baking/pie dish and arrange the chicken, mushroom and broccoli on top.
- Add pepper and thyme.
- Using a bowl, mix the eggs, cream and milk.
- Add salt and pepper to the mixture.
- Pour the preparation on the shortcrust pastry and bake for 30 minutes
- Your quiche is now ready !
