Vegetable stock cube
1 cube
curry powder
1 teaspoon
single cream
10 centiliters
salt and pepper
nutmeg
1 pinch
  1. Bien laver le potimarron puis le débiter en gros morceaux après l'avoir épépiné.
  2. Peler ail et oignon que l'on taille en dés.
  3. Peler enfin les pommes de terre que l'on découpe en morceaux.
  4. Faire chauffer une casserole d'eau puis verser tous ces légumes et ajouter le cube de bouillon de légumes, le curry.
  5. Laisser mijoter 30mn puis mettre tous les légumes égouttés dans un saladier et passer l'ensemble au mixer plongeant en ajoutant éventuellement du bouillon de cuisson pour obtenr une consistance crémeuse.
  6. Vérifier l'assaisonnement en salant et en poivrant au goût.
  7. Incorporer enfin la crème fraîche et la muscade.
