  1. Peel the carrot.
  2. Cut the leek and carrot into strips.
  3. In a frying pan heated with a drizzle of olive oil, brown the vegetables for a few minutes, then cover them with water, salt, pepper and add the herbs bouquet. Leave to simmer for 6 minutes.
  4. In a saucepan filled with salt water, cook the rice as directed on the package.
  5. Rinse and cut the fish into large pieces.
  6. In the vegetable pan add the fish pieces and the red beans. Prolong cooking for 5 minutes until the vegetables are tender.
  7. Serve the rice together with the simmered fish with red beans.
