  1. Préchauffer le four à 200°.
  2. Beurrer le fond d'un moule à tarte et y déposer la pâte feuilletée ou bien déposer directement la pâte sur un tapis en silicone.
  3. Eplucher et découper finement les pommes en tranches.
  4. Disposer les tranches de pommes en rosace sur la pâte.
  5. Parsemer de sucre et déposer quelques noisettes de beurre avant d'enfourner pour une vingtaine de minutes.
  6. Cette finette aux pommes se mange tiède ou froide.
