Le bricelet ou brisselet, d’origine suisse, est un compromis entre le sablé et la tuile. Il s’agit là de biscuits très peu connus et très simples à confectionner. Ils peuvent être cuits dans des fers à bricelets afin de leur donner une forme particulière mais ces appareils étant compliqués à trouver (essentiellement en Suisse), on se contentera du four traditionnel.

Ils se conservent parfaitement dans une boîte de métal.

Ingredients

Metric US
Flour
150 grams
Powdered sugar
100 grams
Butter
130 grams
Rum
2 teaspoons
  1. Mélanger la farine et le sucre puis incorporer le beurre ramolli et le rhum.
  2. Laisser la pâte reposer 15mn puis disposer sur une tôle recouverte de papier sulfurisé des petits tas de la taille d'une noix.
  3. Faire dorer à four 150° durant 7mn environ.
