Ingredients

Metric US
Eggs

oil
50 milliliters
Flour
200 grams
Ripe bananas

white sugar
100 grams
baking powder sachet

milk
120 milliliters
Poudre de cacao
2 tablespoons
Vanilla Essence
1 teaspoon
water
2 tablespoons
Butter
Chocolate chips
  1. Faire cuire au four préchauffé à 180°C (thermostat 6)
  2. Écraser les bananes avec une fourchette
  3. Battre les oeufs et le sucre dans un saladier.. Une fois qu'ils sont bien mélangés y incorporer les bananes écrasées et bien mélanger.
  4. Tamiser la farine et la levure a et inconcorporer dans votre mélange. Fouetter avec à l'aide d'un fouet à main pour ne pas trop écraser les bananes.
  5. Dans un autre saladier melanger votre poudre de cacao et votre eau. Prendre à peu près
  6. Beurrer un moule à cake. Y verser en alternance la pâte avec cacao et la pâte sans cacao pour former des motifs zébrés.
  7. Mettre à cuire à 180
  8. Enfourner pendant environ 40 minutes. Vérifier la cuisson en insérant la pointe d'un couteau. au centre, il doir ressortir sec.
