Ingredients

Metric US
leek
3
milk
10 centiliters
Single cream
10 centiliters
Egg

bacon bits
125 grams
Rouleau de pâte feuilletée ou brisée

salt and pepper
nutmeg
  1. Rincer les poireaux puis les couper en rondelles épaisses avant de les faire revenir doucement durant 15mn.
  2. Faire dorer les lardons puis les réserver en les mélangeant aux poireaux.
  3. Fouetter les oeufs auxquels on ajoute crème puis lait, sel, poivre et muscade.
  4. Préchauffer le four à 210°.
  5. Etaler la pâte dans un moule beurré puis piquer le fond à la fourchette et verser les poireaux, lardons et le mélange oeufs, crème et lait.
  6. Enfourner la tarte et la laisser cuire 30 à 35mn.
