Ingredients

Metric US
potato
20
Full cream
50 centiliters
milk
1.5 Liters
garlic clove

Grated Gruyère cheese
300 grams
Butter
salt and pepper
  1. Eplucher, laver et découper les pommes de terre en tranches puis les plonger dans le lait frémissant que l'on aura salé et poivré.
  2. Cuire 15mn puis sortir les pommes de terre égouttées et les laisser refroidir.
  3. Préchauffer le four à 180°.
  4. Frotter d'ail et beurrer un plat à gratin dans lequel on dispose une 1ère couche de pommes de terre, sel, poivre, crème fraîche et gruyère râpé.
  5. Mettre ensuite une 2ème couche de pommes de terre, sel, poivre, crème et gruyère râpé et terminer par une 3ème couche.
  6. Recouvrir de râpé, de crème et disposer quelques noisettes de beurre.
  7. Verser un peu du lait de cuisson de sorte qu'il arrive aux 3/4 de la hauteur du gratin.
  8. Faire cuire durant 50mn.
