Ingredients

Metric US
Broccolis
800 grams
Eggs
4
semi-skimmed milk
200 milliliters
Fromage cheddar
80 grams
Beurre demi-sel
30 grams
Garlic
1 teaspoon
Salt
pepper
  1. Préchauffer votre four à 150° C (TH.5).
  2. D'abord faire cuire vos brocolis la vapeur environ 5 minutes.
  3. Faire fondre votre votre beurre dans une sauteuse. Faire revenir l'ail et les brocolis découpés en morceaux environ 5 minutes.
  4. Mélanger, le sel, le poivre, la crème, les oeufs et le lait. Mettre les brocolis dans un plat à gratin puis verser dessus votre mélange crémeux.
  5. Enfourner à 150° C (TH.5) pour environ 45 minutes.
