Dans un saladier casser le chocolat en carrés et y ajouter le beurre puis les passer 1 ou 2mn au four à micro ondes afin de ramollir l'ensemble que l'on mélange bien.
Faire préchauffer le four à 180°.
A part fouetter oeufs et sucre puis verser la farine et bien remuer pour éviter les grumeaux.
Verser la pâte de chocolat dans le mélange oeufs, sucre et farine et bien mélanger.
Verser la pâte au chocolat dans un moule beurré et fariné et faire cuire entre 13 et 15mn, l'intérieur devant être à peine cuit.
