Ingredients

Metric US
Whey chocolat
40 grams
oatmeal
40 grams
Powdered cocoa
20 grams
compotte de pommes
125 grams
milk
10 centiliters
baking powder
1 teaspoon
Sucralose
2 tablespoons
Egg white

  1. Préchauffer le four à 180°C.
  2. Battre le blanc en neige.
  3. Mélanger les flocons d'avoine, la protéine whey chocolat, le cacao en poudre, la sucralose et la levure chimique dans un saladier.
  4. Ajouter à votre préparation la compote de poemmes et le lait. Battre au fouet de sorte à obtenir une pâte homogène.
  5. Incorporer le blanc à l'aide d'une spatule.
  6. Verser dans un moule silicone pour 12 muffins.
  7. Faire cuire au four à 180°C pendant 20 minutes.
  8. C'est prêt ! (Pour un max de fraîcheur, conserver vos muffins dans une boîte hermétique type tupperware pour les amener à votre salle de sport après l'entrainement)
