Ingredients
- sliced soft bread
- 1 packet
- Butter
- 100 grams
- Cresson ciselé
- 2 tablespoons
- lemon
- 1/2
- Smoked salmon
- 7 slices
- Remove the crust from the slices of bread and flatten them with a rolling pin.
- Mix the softened butter with chopped watercress leaves and lemon juice.
- Spread the bread with this filling and place the smoked salmon on top and roll together.
- Wrap each roll in stretch and leave to chill in the refrigerator fo atleast 2hours.
- At the time of serving, unwrap the film stratch film and cut the rolls into 1.5 cm to 2 cm thick slices.
